Our method
Mechanical discipline, from piping layout to thermal fluid
We integrate heavy mechanical equipment with solar thermal systems, working from building drawings and code requirements through to commissioning. Every installation starts with a clear scope agreed before work begins.
Our crews document layouts, check fittings against specification, and keep mechanical rooms and rooftop runs clean, accessible, and serviceable for the people who maintain them after handover.

Field standards
Tolerances, testing, and integrity
Piping layouts follow specified tolerances for slope, support spacing, and clearance around equipment. Every hydronic and thermal circuit is pressure tested before insulation or finishes close the work, and fittings are inspected against the design documents.
Thermal fluid integrity is checked at connections, valves, and collector headers. We coordinate hydronic piping, ducting, and rooftop collectors so that each trade's work fits the building as built.
