Mechanical installation scope
Complete installation capacity for building mechanical utilities
I install plumbing, heating, and air-conditioning systems for buildings, from the mechanical room to the rooftop. The scope covers hydronic circulation, building utilities, and non-electric solar thermal collectors, so a single contractor can carry the work from first connection to commissioning.
Each installation is scoped against the project drawings and mechanical schedules before work begins, so the equipment, connections, and sequence are clear to the estimator and the facility engineer.

Equipment categories
Heating, furnaces, cooling towers, and solar collectors

Heating systems for electricity, gas, and oil
I install heating systems powered by electricity, gas, and oil, sized to the building's load and connected to the existing distribution. Each fuel source brings its own flue, supply, and control requirements, and each is set up to the manufacturer's specification.
Furnaces are installed as part of the same scope, with ductwork, combustion air, and venting coordinated before the unit is commissioned.
Cooling towers and heavy mechanical equipment
Cooling towers are set on structural supports, piped to the building's condenser circuit, and balanced for flow. The work includes rigging, anchoring, and the connections that keep the circuit running reliably.

Non-electric solar energy collectors
I install non-electric solar thermal collectors that heat water directly for domestic and process use. The collector array is plumbed to the building's hydronic circuit, with the piping, insulation, and controls installed as one system.
